FASHIONPHILE offers a 15-day return window for items in their original condition with all tags attached to ensure your complete satisfaction with your luxury purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your FASHIONPHILE account, navigate to your order history, and select the eligible item you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original shipping box, ensuring the FASHIONPHILE security tag remains intact and attached to the product.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
